Your run notes.
The journal stores notes in this browser’s local storage under loopler-guide:journal:v1. The site’s code does not send them to a server. They are not encrypted, shared publicly or synchronised with other devices. Do not put passwords, personal identifiers or other sensitive information in a note.
Backups and deletion.
Export creates a JSON file on your device. Import reads the file you select locally. Treat exported files as readable copies of your notes. Delete removes a selected note from local storage; copies you previously exported are unaffected.
Clearing site data, changing browser profiles, moving to another domain or using a private browsing session can affect access to notes. Export before a domain change or browser cleanup. Storage permission and capacity vary; the interface reports failed writes rather than claiming they succeeded.
Site delivery.
The application has no analytics scripts, ad scripts, embedded game frames or remote font requests. The hosting provider still handles normal requests needed to deliver pages and assets. If this deployment is hosted by Cloudflare, its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Site operators must review any additional services they enable in their hosting dashboard.
External sites.
Links to Steam and itch.io take you to separate sites with their own policies. No data from your journal is appended to these links. Clicking them still requests the external website.
